IPLoop provides residential and datacenter proxy infrastructure, ProxyClaw proxy management, data collection and web scraping services, API access, integration tools, documentation, and technical support.
The availability and specifications of Services may change as described in these Terms.

User responsibilities and acceptable use
You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
You may not engage in unauthorized access, malware distribution, phishing, fraud, harassment, security bypassing, unlawful personal-data collection, service disruption, denial-of-service attacks, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, or illegal scraping.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party terms. IPLoop is not liable for misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Account and registration
When an account is required, you must provide accurate and current information, protect your credentials, accept responsibility for account activity, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or misuse; access ends immediately upon termination.

Payment and billing
Services may be subscription-based or pay-as-you-go. You agree to pay applicable fees under the selected billing cycle. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and failed payments may result in suspension.
Refunds are not available for services already rendered. Billing disputes should be sent to billing@iploop.io within 30 days of the charge.

Intellectual property rights
Website content, graphics, logos, software, and documentation belong to IPLoop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant IPLoop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the Services.

Limitation of liability and indemnification
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPLoop disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Except where prohibited by law, IPLoop’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify IPLoop for claims arising from unlawful use, rights violations, or wrongful conduct.

Modifications to Services and Terms
IPLoop may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and is not liable for resulting modifications or discontinuation.
Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Review the current Terms before continuing to use the Services.

Termination
You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time by contacting support@iploop.io.
IPLoop may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations or misuse. Upon termination, the right to use the Services ends immediately.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Related proceedings must be brought in Delaware courts. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware.
Claims must be brought within one year. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
